The tweets aren’t the most exciting thing but I think they’re just developing their strategy.  It’ll be interesting to see how they use it in times of crisis!

Big news today – Google is to take on MS with their own operating system.  It’ll be open source and available in mid-2010.  It’ll be interesting to see how it turns out.

I see that Google is getting a bit nervous now about Bing taking over.  They’ve created a new page which shows that a lot of the stuff that Bing does, Google has been able to do ages.

With one simple change (the addition of a cute duck!) they’ve managed to get links from the BBC website as well as many other national newspapers and websites and massive viral coverage.  I think we can be sure that they’ll be booked solid for the summer.

Kent Pharmaceuticals have just launched a disposable syringe called Safe Inject.  It’s fully sterile and reduced the risks of cross infection because it is designed for single patient use.

Interestingly, the needle is fully retractable after use and so it vastly reduces the risks of injury or infection after it has been used.
